The room I booked was cozy and bright, with spacious windows and a fantastic view, plus an air conditioning unit.

The customer service was excellent, and the breakfasts were fantastic with fresh crunchy croissants. The view was fantastic, and the location was incredible and amazing, just a couple of blocks away from San Silvestro. 

The location is stunning and beautiful. It's in a really quiet area. The hotel is near San Silvestro and San Toma vaporettos, as well as the water taxi and Rialto Bridge. There's a great place for shots, Vineria all'amarone, just 5 minutes' walk from the

The breakfast was amazing with great views, freshly squeezed orange juice, cakes, and the team was exceptionally kind and kept the space clean.

The hotel is romantic and fairly clean with affable staff. The property is on a fantastic and ideal location so close to the main attractions and the accademia. San Polo district definitely deserves exploring. We would stay here

The restaurant was excellent with an excellent view of the Grand Canal. I had excellent dishes here. It was spotless with a perfect canal view. The location was incredible, close to a wide canal. Everyone was understanding and the

The breakfast was varied and absolutely fantastic with organic milk, cakes, and attention to detail. The triple room I was given was complete with a nice bathroom and a view of the Grand Canal. The location was incredible 

My stay in the superior double room with a terrace was fantastic; the balcony was wonderful, and the room was spacious with very elegant decor.

The room was spacious and cozy, and we had a great view of the canal. It was a bonus to have a jacuzzi in the room. The service here was top-notch! 😊
